Managing the new India…

Yes, with every second that passes by, India gets closer to being called a DEVELOPED NATION. But, then, like any leap of this nature, sustainability is an issue… so, while we are zipping ahead on most of the growth indicators, there are yet some where we can improve.

Here is where one of the ex-faculty from IIM Lucknow, Prof. Chakraborty comes into picture. He’s been working on this project, “Managing the new India” which fairly addresses the key questions of “what should we manage with relative higher priority and why” and “How to manage what we want to manage”.

What he seeks from people (esp. IIML alumni) is suggestions in the following format:
– Areas to be focussed
– Justification for suggesting the areas
– Any material that can support the choice of the area or its justification
– How to access the suggested material

Prof Chakraborty is available on sc@jiml.ac.in
